Admission Procedure for New Students & Transferees
- Set up a gmail account using this pattern: the first letter of your name, your surname, [email protected] ([email protected]).
- Prepare the following documents
- For Master of Divinity
- Official/Original Transcript of Records – with S.O. No.
- Diploma
- Official Church Endorsement or Equivalent Certification from the sending churches
- Birth Certificate
- Government-issued identification
- If married: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Medical Certificate (Physical) – indicating that you are “fit to study”
- Vocation Statement
- Certificate of Proficiency in English (International Student)
- For Bachelor of Theology
- Form 137/ Transcript of Records
- Diploma
- Official Church Endorsement or Equivalent Certification from the sending churches
- Birth Certificate
- Government-issued identification
- If married: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Medical Certificate (Physical) – indicating that you are “fit to study”
- Vocation Statement
- Certificate of Proficiency in English (International Student)
- For Master of Theology
- Transcript of Records (Must be a Master of Divinity Graduate)

- Official Church Endorsement or Equivalent Certification from the sending churches

- Certificate of Proficiency in English (International Student)
- For Doctor of Ministry
- Official Transcript of Records of both College work (AB or BS) and theological degree equivalent to the UTS’ BD or MDiv. with GPA B
- Letter of Recommendation from Church or Conference
- Certification of English Proficiency from previous university/seminary
- Certification of Student’s five years’ experience in Church Ministry
- Statement of Financial Support
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Research Statement (A 300-word research idea abstract emphasizing the focus of your study.)
- Certificate of Proficiency in English (International Student)
- Theological Education by Extension – Bachelor of Ministry
- Form 137/ Transcript of Records
- At least Highschool diploma
- Endorsement letter from the church
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Birth Certificate
- Government-issued identification
- If married: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Vocation Statement
- For Theological Education by Extension – Master of Ministry
- Official Transcript of Records of college work with GPA B+ or 85
- Diploma
- Letter of recommendation from church or conference
- Birth Certificate
- Government-issued identification
- If married: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Vocation Statement
- For Master of Divinity
- Secure an online interview schedule with the Admissions Office Director.
- Follow the post-interview instruction on online payment.
- You will receive your e-registration card in your new email. Print this document.
- Present the printed e-registration card to the Academic Dean for your final interview. Make sure the dean signs your card.
- Submit the signed registration card to the Registrar to complete your enrollment.
*All students are on probationary status on the First Year.
Application Procedure for Continuing Students
- Use your UTS Gmail account when filling out the form
- Settle your outstanding balances (contact Ma’am Carmencita Dela Paz at [email protected])
- Make sure to submit all required documents
- Official Church Endorsement or Equivalent Certification from the sending churches (for AY 2024-2025)
- Medical Certificate (for AY 2024-2025)
- Transcripts of Record (TOR)
- Birth Certificate
- Government-issued identification
- If married: Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
- Passport Photo (2″ X 2″)
- Clearance of the previous semester
- Make sure that you have not exceed 2 INC grades in the previous semesters.
- You will receive your e-registration card in your UTS gmail account.
