Rev. Cleto Noble Pera is an Ordained Elder of The United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Quezon City Philippines Annual Conference East (QCPACE). In 2006, he finished his undergraduate studies, AB Political Science, in National College of Business and Arts (NCBA) in Cubao, Quezon City. He earned his Master of Divinity, Magna Cum Laude, from the Union Theological Seminary in 2000.
He also finished his Master of Theology in Methodist Theological Seminary (MTU) Seoul, South Korea in 2016.
He teaches Church Management and Stewardship, Church Polity, and Mission and Evangelism.
He also served as the Director and Professor at the Institute for Theological Studies (ITS) in Quezon City.
Aside from teaching ministry, he also served as Mission Pastor, Administrative Pastor, and District Superintendent. He was also elected as the principal delegate to the Central and General Conferences of the UMC.
